Reporting fraud
If you think you’ve been the victim of fraud, please take the following steps:
Freeze your card
This stops anyone from using your card while we investigate what's happened.
- Tap the Home icon in the menu bar of your app
- Tap the Freeze button under your Monzo card (if you can't find this button, swipe down on your list of payments)
Get in touch
- Tap the Help icon in the menu bar of your app
- Search ‘Reporting fraud’
- Tap Get in touch at the bottom of the article
