Unblocking your account
If you put the wrong PIN in too many times when making a transfer or changing your account settings, we’ll block it to keep your account safe.
You can recover your PIN by following these steps:
- Go to the Home tab of your app
- Scroll to the the card of the affected account
- Tap PIN & card number underneath your card
- Follow the steps (you'll need your card, your ID, and to take a selfie video).
We will never ask for your PIN, long card number or three digits from the back of your card, so please keep this a secret, even from us!
Once we've verified your identity we'll unblock your PIN, and show you a reminder of what it is.
