I have a Microsoft email address but haven't received a log in email
I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with logging in.
Can you try the following steps please:
- Check your junk/spam folders. If the link is there it's possible you need to mark the email as safe or move it to your inbox so the magic link can be accessed.
- If there's nothing there then, please whitelist emails from "monzomail.com" (the domain we send login emails from). This link here specifically the subheading Stop messages from going into your junk folder should provide helpful instructions on how to do this.
- After whitelisting the address, please request a new magic link.
If the above still doesn't work, please can you let us know if you have another non-Microsoft email address you can use e.g. Gmail, iCloud or something else? Then send through a selfie of you holding your photo ID so that we can verify your identity and update your email address.
