I'm getting a 'User Authentication' message when I try to log in

Getting 'User Authentication Required' when trying to log in to your app?

Customers often get this message when they've recently changed their phone, or restored it from a backup using iCloud.

iCloud usually keep all of your accounts logged in, but as a bank we have tighter security than other apps so it doesn't quite work as expected.

Please try re-installing your app to login to Monzo.
