Why can't I send money to Luno?

Unfortunately customers can't send money from Monzo accounts to Luno at the moment. We started blocking these payments on 20 January 2021. We hope that customers will be able to send money to Luno again soon.

We can't give any more explanation at the moment. We're really sorry for the inconvenience.
