Why can't I send money to Gemini?

Unfortunately customers can't send money from Monzo accounts to Gemini at the moment. We started blocking these payments on 21 July 2021. We hope that customers will be able to send money to Gemini again soon.

We can't give any more explanation at the moment. We're really sorry for the inconvenience.
