Interest on your balance with Monzo Plus or Monzo Premium

We pay interest on your main balance for Monzo Plus and Monzo Premium accounts.

Monzo Plus - 1.00% AER/Gross (variable) interest on up to £2,000

Monzo Premium - 1.50% AER/ 1.49% Gross, on a balance of up to £2000

With Monzo Premium, keeping £2,000+ in your balance and regular Pots could earn you an average of £2.49 a month in interest (up to £1.66 with Monzo Plus). Which we'll pay you each month.

Interest will only be paid on your main Current Account balance and regular Current Account Pots. Interest won't be paid on Joint Account balances, Joint Account Pots or Savings Pots.
