Signing up to Monzo Plus isn't working

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to sign up for Monzo Plus

Under 18s -
Monzo Plus is only available to people over 18.

Older operating system version not supported -
Monzo Plus is only available on iOS 10, android 6 or higher. If your phone's operating system software is an older version than this you'll need to update in order to a newer version to sign up to Monzo Plus.

Not enough money in your account -
To sign up for Monzo Plus, you'll need at least £5 in your account to pay the first month's subscription. You can also pay for Monzo Plus with an overdraft if you have one enabled.
