Transaction not appearing in FreeAgent / QuickBooks / Xero
Only 'settled' transactions sync to your accounting software. You can check if a transaction's settled by tapping on it in your feed and scrolling to the bottom. If it says 'pending' above the merchant name, the transaction hasn't settled. Once it settles, you'll see it in your accounting software after the next sync.
For FreeAgent and Xero, transactions sync every 24 hours. To check when the last sync happpened, head to your 'Account' tab and scroll down to 'Accounting Tools'.
For QuickBooks, transactions sync every time you tap 'Update' on the Banking tab of your QuickBooks account.
