Getting a business bank statement

The type of bank statement you need depends on what you need it for.

For your records

You can find and download your statements in the Monzo app 💁‍♀️ and the file now includes Pot statements! 🎉 You'll see them in the section after your main account statement.

1. Tap the Home icon in the menu bar
2. Tap the Account button under your Monzo card (if you can't find this button, swipe down on your list of payments)
3. Tap Statement History

For spreadsheets

You can export all your transactions in the app as a PDF, CSV or QIF file 📊

1. Tap the Home icon in the menu bar
2. Tap the pie chart icon at the top right of the screen
3. Tap Export & bank statements at the bottom of the screen

You can also do this on the web:

1. Log into your account at business.monzo.com
2. Tap the Export statement button on the home screen

For other applications

All of our bank statements generated in app are original documents, and you shouldn't need to get them stamped or signed for a loan application, or anything else.

However, if you require a statement in the post, or your original document hasn't been accepted and you'd like a stamped and signed copy, please chat to us in the app.
