Problems with easy bank transfers

My easy bank transfer is delayed or hasn't arrived

After you've made a transfer, your money should arrive instantly, but it could take up to 24 hours. If you approved the payment more than 2 hours ago, then we can help you look into why it might be delayed.

To do this, we need to know which bank you tried to transfer money from and what time you did it.

My other bank rejected my easy bank transfer

There may be a few reasons why your bank rejected your transfer to Monzo. They might be having technical issues processing your payment, or you may have exceeded your payment limit.

We suggest reaching out to them to check.

I can't select my bank from the list of approved banks

Your bank’s probably experiencing some issues at the moment. Or they might be doing scheduled maintenance.

We can’t set up the transfer for you while this is happening. In the meantime, you can add money to Monzo using a regular bank transfer.

Just head to your other bank’s app or website to set up the payment. You’ll need your Monzo sort code and account number.
