Getting an overdraft

You can see if you’re eligible for an overdraft in your account 💁‍♂️

1. Tap the Home icon in the menu bar
2. Tap on your profile picture
3. Scroll down to Your personal account
4. Tap Learn about overdrafts (if you’re not eligible), Set up an overdraft (if you’re eligible), and Manage your overdraft (if you already have one)

We only offer overdrafts to people who meet our eligibility criteria, so this doesn’t mean you’ll definitely get one.

We determine eligibility based on our own data, and information from our credit reference agencies, TransUnion and Experian.
