How to make a travel insurance claim

We've teamed up with AXA to offer worldwide travel insurance exclusive to Monzo Premium.

To make a claim you'll need to contact AXA by calling them on +44(0)2037019629. Let them know your policy details, and they will be able to help you with your claim.

You can find your policy number and what's covered in the app from the membership home, or on the confirmation email we sent you when you signed up for Monzo Premium.
