I can't connect my other account in Monzo
With Monzo Plus and Monzo Premium you can add other bank accounts and credit cards to the app to see all your finances in one place.
We have seen some issues with external banking apps not going through the login process properly and therefore stopping people from being able to connect their external accounts in Monzo.
We are investigating these issues now, but you might like to try this workaround in the meantime.
If you uninstall your other banking app, then try to connect again in the Monzo app, then you'll be directed to log in through the banks website in your browser rather than through their banking app app. Hopefully that will avoid the issue. You can then install your other banking app again once you're connected.
