Updating your legal name

You'll need to chat to us through the app to change your name. Make sure you have some ID with your new name, or a deed poll or marriage certificate showing the change.

Here's how to chat to us:

• Tap the Help icon in the menu bar
• Search ‘Updating your legal name’
• Tap Get in touch at the bottom of the article
