Research company YouGov surveyed customers of different companies across the UK, and asked people if they’d recommend the brand to family, friends or colleagues.
Monzo came second, with 90% of customers saying they'd recommend Monzo to a friend! 🎉
Since YouGov's previous survey, we've increased our score by 5 percentage points, up from 85% in November 2019.
